OTM Productions was founded in 2020 by local Bethesda boy Gus Green and has quickly developed into the DMV's most successful outdoor movie business. Now a senior in high school, Gus has grown his team to over 15 employees. At OTM Productions, we focus on bringing friends and family together and putting smiles on faces. As a local small business committed to excellence and building community, we offer good old-fashioned fun with a modern twist. Our core values include exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable events. Beyond backyard movies, we now cater to corporate events, live sport viewings, audio-visual productions, and launching in Summer 2025, a nostalgic throwback with drive-in movies.

Gus Green is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of OTM Productions. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the business and manages all customer inquiries.
Evan Williams, CMO
Evan Williams is the Chief Marketing Officer at OTM Productions. He manages all marketing and communications efforts, including press inquiries, paid advertising, and social media.
Reed Holder, CFO
Reed Holder is the Chief Financial Officer at OTM Productions. He is responsible for OTM's allocation of resources, budgeting, and company expenditures. Reed also ensures that OTM gives back to the community through donations to the Innocence Project and by providing free movie screenings to local schools, non-profits, and religious organizations.
Christian Gaffney, COO
Christian Gaffney is the Chief Operating Officer at OTM Productions. He supervises the staff and arranges event schedules. He also ensures that OTM's equipment is cutting-edge and manages concessions.
