All deposits made to OTM Productions are non-refundable. This policy is in place to secure your booking date and cover initial administrative and setup costs. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the event may incur a fee of up to half the cost of the event. In the event of inclement weather, OTM Productions will make every effort to reschedule your event at no additional cost. Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related cancellations, yet if no mutually agreeable date is found within 30 days of the original event, the customer can either receive credit for an event at a future date or 50% refund value. If any equipment malfunctions during the event, OTM Productions will provide a refund based on the extent of the malfunction and its impact on the event. Our team will work diligently to rectify any issues promptly. OTM Productions is not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during the event due to the actions or negligence of the client or guests. Our team will ensure that all equipment is set up safely and properly. OTM Productions reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review the refund policy periodically. By booking an event with OTM Productions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this refund policy.
